Life gets in the way doesn’t it?
I try to commit to 3 emails a week.
Which hasn’t happened for one reason or another this week.
Did you miss me?
My point being.
We all have weeks where things go array.
Life gets in your way.
This where the art of creating habits comes into its own.
Having certain things as habit, take up less brain space, and therefore its quicker and easier to execute.
So if you know you have a few quieter weeks coming up then please please please think about what new habits you want to work upon.
Things could be:
1. Prepare your breakfast the night before.
2. Go for a 20-minute walk after dinner.
3. Have a bottle of water with your dinner.
4. Prepare a week’s worth of dinners on Sunday.
5. Get to the gym for 30 minutes twice a week.
Right. Next one from me to you is on Monday….which is also my Birthday!
